WELLWATCH NURSE/TEAM LEADER – c.£35,000 per annum

Wellwatch is an exciting development in the healthcare management of patients with long term conditions run by Central London Healthcare. The aim of Wellwatch is to keep patients with long term conditions well for longer and reduce the need for hospital care.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader with a healthcare background to develop the programme and support the team with day to day operations.

The Wellwatch team is made up of nurses and health care coordinators and supported by clinicians.  Wellwatch provides services over the phone and plan to roll this service face to face within GP practices.  The Team Lead will drive this development working with GPs and the team to make the transition seamless.

You will have:

• Experience in healthcare
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Team leadership or management experience including performance management, objective setting, 121’s and leading meetings
• Roster & resourcing experience
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Able to manage conflicting priorities
• Experience in training and managing business change
• Excellent IT skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
